If you've lost an item during your Peach flight or at the airport, Peach is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Delayed Baggage
If your baggage is delayed with Peach Aviation, follow these simple steps:
Report the Delay: Go to the baggage service desk at the airport and show your boarding pass and baggage claim tag.
Fill Out a Report: Complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with your contact details. This helps Peach Aviation locate your bag and keep you informed.
Track Your Baggage: Receive updates via email or SMS, or track your baggage status online using the PIR reference number.
Receive Your Baggage: Once located, your baggage will be delivered to your address or ready for airport pickup.
If your baggage is delayed for a long time, Peach Aviation may offer compensation for essential items. Be sure to keep receipts for any purchases.
Lost Property
If you lose an item with Peach Aviation, here’s what you need to do:
Report the Lost Item: Immediately visit the lost and found office at the airport. Provide your flight details and contact information to help locate your item.
Fill Out a Lost Property Report: Complete a Lost Property Report with a description of your lost item, flight number, and date.
Track Your Item: Peach Aviation will send updates via email or SMS. You can also track the status online using the reference number from your report.
Item Retrieval: Once your item is found, Peach Aviation will arrange for pickup or delivery to your address.
Follow-Up: If your item is not found right away, Peach Aviation will continue searching and will contact you once it is located.
Damaged Baggage
If your baggage is damaged while flying with Peach Aviation, follow these steps:
Report Damage at the Airport: If your baggage is damaged upon retrieval, report it immediately to the Peach Aviation airport staff at your destination. Claims must be made before leaving the airport.
If you discover damage after leaving the airport, submit a claim using the Peach Aviation Contact Form via Peach Aviation website. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your damaged baggage.
Damage Not Covered
Damage due to excess weight or overpacking.
Normal wear and tear, fragile baggage, or defects.
Loss or damage to protruding parts (e.g., locks, wheels, tags).
Minor damage such as scuffs, cuts, or dents.
Compensation Limits: If Peach Aviation is at fault, compensation for baggage damage has a limit. Refer to the Conditions of Carriage on Peach Aviation website for full details.
Claims After 7 Days: Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted. Ensure you file your claim within the deadline.
