If you have misplaced an item during your Peach flight or within the airport, assistance is available from Peach. The Lost and Found service allows passengers to report missing belongings and supports the recovery process.

Follow the steps below to report and retrieve your lost items.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left onboard Peach Aviation flights arriving at Kansai International Airport are collected after landing and transferred to ground staff for recording and storage.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals are handled by the airport’s Lost and Found office.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers must report missing or delayed baggage immediately upon arrival at Kansai International Airport. A report is issued for tracking and follow-up.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a detailed description of the missing item when reporting through airport counters or Peach Aviation customer support.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are stored for a limited period at Kansai International Airport. Passengers must present valid identification and proof of ownership to collect items. Delivery arrangements may be available.

Passenger Advice

Passengers must keep valuables in cabin baggage when traveling through Kansai International Airport. The airline does not accept liability for unattended personal belongings.
