Airport Counter Check-in
The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies
depending on your itinerary. Philippine AirAsia recommends arriving
early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Check-in: 3 hours to 1 hour before scheduled departure
Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport
Note: Check-in row assignments may change. Please refer to the Flight
Information Display Screens at the airport for the most up-to-date check-in row
information.
Online / Mobile Check-in
Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the AirAsia
MOVE mobile app. Here's what you need to know:
Check-in: Available 14 days to 1 hour before departure.
To/From Australia, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar and Thailand: Available 10 days to 1 hour before departure.
From China: Available 14 days to 2 hours before departure.
Eligibility: Available for most passengers, except for group bookings, unaccompanied minor and passengers requiring medical assistance.
Note: If online or mobile check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the Philippine AirAsia counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.
Kiosk Check-In
For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:
Check-in: 3 hours to 1 hour before scheduled departure
Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport
Note: Kiosk check-in is unavailable for unaccompanied minors, passengers
with an extra seat booking, or those needing special assistance.
