Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard Philippine AirAsia flights arriving at Kansai International
Airport are collected by cabin crew and forwarded to ground personnel for proper
handling.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals are handled by the
airport’s Lost and Found office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers must report delayed or missing baggage immediately upon arrival. A
report will be created to track and assist in locating the baggage.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers should provide flight information, baggage details, and a clear
description of the missing item when reporting through airport counters or
AirAsia support channels.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored temporarily at Kansai International Airport.
Passengers must present valid identification and proof of ownership for
collection. Delivery options may be available in certain cases.
