Passengers flying with Qantas may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure for all Qantas international flights.

Passengers can check in using the Qantas website or mobile app by entering their booking reference and passport details.

Online check-in for international routes closes 2 hours before departure.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Self-service kiosks are available in Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport (KIX).

Passengers can use the kiosks to check in, select seats, and print boarding passes.

Kiosk check-in generally operates from 3 hours to 1 hour before departure.

Kiosks cannot be used by passengers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with complex itineraries.

Airport Counter Check-in

Qantas airport check-in counters open 3 hours before departure in Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport (KIX).

Counters close 60 minutes before the scheduled flight time, and passengers must have completed all formalities by then.

It is recommended that travelers arrive at the airport at least 2.5 - 3 hours before departure to allow time for security and immigration.
