Items Lost Within Terminal Public Areas
If the item was lost in terminal areas such as check-in counters, security
screening, lounges, shops, rest areas, or restaurants, contact the airport’s
Lost & Found office.

on the next steps.

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If your item was left onboard the aircraft or near the Qantas boarding gate, you
should report it directly to Qantas’s ground handling team at KIX.
Provide important details such as your flight number, travel date, seat number,
and a clear description of the item to help staff locate it more efficiently.
Important Information

may redirect you to Qantas or the responsible service company.
