Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left onboard Sichuan Airlines flights are collected after arrival by cabin crew and handed to ground handling staff for recording and storage.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport Terminal 1, including check-in areas and boarding gates, are handled by the airport’s lost and found office.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracking purposes.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a detailed description when reporting lost items through airport counters or airline service channels.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are stored for a limited period. Identification and proof of ownership are required for collection. Delivery arrangements may be available depending on location.
