Kansai International Airport Terminal 2, assistance is available to support
recovery.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard Spring Airlines flights arriving at Kansai International
Airport are collected after arrival by cabin crew and transferred to ground
staff for documentation and storage.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Terminal 2, including check-in counters, security areas,
and boarding gates, are handled by the airport’s lost and found office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers arriving at Kansai International Airport must report delayed or
missing checked baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A report is
issued for tracking purposes.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a clear
description of the item when submitting a report at the airport or through
Spring Airlines customer service.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period. Passengers must present
identification and proof of ownership to collect belongings. Delivery
arrangements may be available depending on location.

Passengers are advised to keep valuable items in cabin baggage. The airline does
not accept responsibility for unsecured belongings left onboard or within
airport facilities.
