Items left onboard SriLankan Airlines flights arriving at Kansai International
Airport are collected after landing by cabin crew and transferred to ground
handling staff for recording and safekeeping.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals, including
check-in zones, security checkpoints, and boarding gates, are handled by the
airport’s lost and found office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers arriving at Kansai International Airport must report delayed or
missing checked baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A Property
Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracking and follow-up.
