Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left onboard SriLankan Airlines flights arriving at Kansai International Airport are collected after landing by cabin crew and transferred to ground handling staff for recording and safekeeping.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals, including check-in zones, security checkpoints, and boarding gates, are handled by the airport’s lost and found office.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers arriving at Kansai International Airport must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracking and follow-up.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a detailed description of the missing item when reporting at Kansai International Airport or through SriLankan Airlines customer service channels.

Recovery and Collection
