Star Flyer Baggage Allowance

Passengers travelling with StarFlyer from Kansai International Airport (KIX) are permitted to carry the following:

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger departing from Kansai International Airport may bring one cabin bag with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lbs). The bag must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm and must be placed in the overhead compartment.

Passengers may also carry one personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack that fits under the seat in front.

All cabin baggage must pass security inspection at Kansai International Airport. Items exceeding permitted limits must be checked into the hold and may incur additional charges.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage allowance for StarFlyer flights departing from Kansai International Airport is based on the piece concept:

• Economy Class: 1 piece up to 20 kg (44 lbs)

• Business Class (Premium Cabin): 2 pieces, each up to 32 kg (70 lbs)

Each checked bag must not exceed 203 cm (total linear dimensions).

The maximum weight per individual bag is 32 kg. Bags exceeding this limit must be repacked before acceptance.

Passengers must ensure baggage complies with the allowance stated on the ticket before arriving at Kansai International Airport. Excess baggage is subject to additional fees.

Extra Baggage

Additional baggage allowance may be purchased at the airport or through StarFlyer service counters.

Excess baggage fees apply when the number of pieces, size, or weight exceeds the permitted allowance. Charges are calculated based on excess kilograms.

Special items such as sports equipment and musical instruments departing from KIX may require advance notice and may incur handling charges.
