STARLUX Airlines provides flexible cancellation and refund options, ensuring convenience for its passengers. Below are the key points of their policy:

Cancellation Policy

Passengers can cancel their booking, but refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased. Flexible fares (higher tiers) allow full refunds if canceled before departure.

Non-refundable (basic) fares may only be eligible for a travel credit or refunds after deductions.

Some discounted or promotional tickets may not be refundable at all after a certain point.

How to Cancel

Use the Manage Booking section on STARLUX’s website or mobile app. Enter your booking reference and passenger details to initiate cancellation. Alternatively, cancel via the travel agent if the ticket was purchased through one.

Refund Policy

Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method. Refund processing generally takes several business days, depending on your payment method. If STARLUX cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change you reject, you may receive a full refund or a travel credit.

No-shows (passengers who do not present for the flight) may forfeit the ticket value or only receive partial credit, depending on fare conditions.

Baggage Fees Related to Cancellation

If the airline cancels: prepaid baggage fees are usually refunded or credited. If you cancel: baggage fees may not always be refundable, depending on fare and terms.
