STARLUX Airlines Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

STARLUX Airlines operates from Terminal 1 at Kansai International Airport (KIX). Passengers flying with STARLUX Airlines may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Available from 48 hours to 1 hour before departure (for most routes).

For U.S.-bound flights, online check-in opens earlier (from 24 hours before).

Passengers with group bookings, pets, or special assistance may not be eligible for online check-in.
 

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Kiosks are located in International Departure Hall, Terminal 1, KIX.

Operation window: 6 hours to 1 hour before flight.

Limitations: Not available for unaccompanied minors, extra-seat bookings, or special-assistance passengers.

You can use the kiosk to:

• Retrieve your booking

• Select or confirm your seat

• Scan your passport

• Check baggage allowance

• Print your boarding pass
 

Airport Counter Check-in

Check-in counters open at KIX 2.5 hours before departure.

Counters close 1 hour before the scheduled flight time and boarding gates close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time.

Location: Counter H in Terminal 1.

Passengers are advised to arrive early to complete check-in smoothly.
