If you've lost an item during your STARLUX Airlines flight or at the airport, STARLUX Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
For items lost in terminal areas like check-in counters, shops, restrooms, or
lounges, report it to
Kansai Airport Information Desk.
You can reach them by phone at +81 72 455 2500 (24x7) for assistance or
directions.
Alternatively, you can submit a
Kansai Airport Lost Property Inquiry Form on the airport’s website. Items
lost in public areas are held for a limited time.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If your item was lost on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, contact STARLUX’s
ground handling staff at KIX.
Provide the following information when reporting:
• Flight number
• Date of travel
• Seat number
• A detailed description of the item
Retrieval & Collection
If the item is found, you can pick it up at the airport, or authorize someone
else to collect it on your behalf (with a written note).
Expect to show proof of ownership (boarding pass or a detailed description).
Note: Items lost inside the airport are only kept for a limited retention
period, so it’s important to report as soon as possible.
Helpful Tip
Ask the staff at the information counter to point you to the relevant lost
property office or airline desk if you’re unsure.
Keep your boarding pass, seat number, and a good description of your lost item
ready when making inquiries.
