Carry-on Baggage
Passengers traveling with Swiss International Airlines are allowed to bring hand baggage onboard, subject to size and weight restrictions. Here are the details:

Size Limit: Hand baggage must not exceed maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
A foldable garment bag with maximum dimensions of 57 x 54 x 15 cm can be accepted as part of your hand baggage allowance.
Additional items, such as a handbag, laptop bag (max. 40 x 30 x 10 cm), child's seat, medical devices, and a pocket buggy (if properly folded), are allowed on board in addition to your permitted hand baggage.
Liquids in hand baggage are subject to restrictions, including containers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml, placed in a resealable 1-litre plastic bag.
For HON Circle Members, Senators, Frequent Flyers, and passengers with Star Alliance Gold status, the hand baggage allowance varies according to travel class.
Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as when smaller aircraft are fully booked, passengers may be asked to check in their hand baggage at the gate. Also, in certain countries (e.g., the USA), additional restrictions may apply for hand baggage.
Checked Baggage Allowance
Swiss International Airlines allows checked baggage with varying allowances depending on the fare and travel class. Here's the breakdown for both European and intercontinental flights:
For European Flights:

Small children in all fare classes are entitled to a fully foldable travel pram. Infants (except on Light fares) are allowed one piece of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg.
Top-tier passengers (HON Circle, Senators, and Star Alliance Gold members) benefit from additional baggage allowances, such as extra weight or a golf set.
Larger or heavier items will incur excess baggage fees.
Extra Baggage
If you have more baggage weight and/or pieces than your allowance, additional charges will be applied. You can purchase your extra bag allowance in advance enjoy a great discount. Charges depend on your destination.
