24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Tickets issued by SWISS International Air Lines for departures from Kansai International Airport may be canceled within 24 hours of booking if eligibility conditions are met.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Economy Light and promotional fares do not allow refunds. Once canceled, the ticket value is not returned unless specified under fare rules.

Refundable Tickets

Flexible fare types allow cancellations with refunds processed to the original form of payment, subject to fare conditions and applicable charges.

How to Cancel

Passengers may cancel or modify bookings for flights departing from Kansai International Airport through the SWISS website, mobile application, or customer service using the booking reference.
