• Check-in: 2 hours to 45 minutes before scheduled departure for short-haul routes; 3 hours to 45 minutes before scheduled departure for long-haul routes
  

• Location: E1 - E13, Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Auto Check-in

Swiss International Air Lines offers a hassle-free Automated Check-in service, sending your mobile boarding pass 16 - 20 hours before departure via text message or email. This allows passengers to go directly to the gate with hand baggage, skipping the traditional check-in process. Available for bookings of up to nine people, the service provides a quick, convenient, and secure way to prepare for your flight.

Note: If you are not eligible for Auto Check-in, you can still check in at the airport.

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the SWISS app. Here's what you need to know:

• Check-in: Available 24 hours to 45 minutes before departure
  

• Excluding: Infants, unaccompanied minors, and those with special assistance needs.
  

Note: If online or mobile check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the Swiss International Airlines counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.

Kiosk Check-In

For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:

• Check-in: 2 hours to 45 minutes before scheduled departure for short-haul routes; 3 hours to 45 minutes before scheduled departure for long-haul routes

Note: Kiosk check-in is unavailable for unaccompanied minors, passengers with an extra seat booking, or those needing special assistance.
