Bookings made for Thai AirAsia X flights departing from Kansai International Airport may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if eligibility requirements are met.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Standard and promotional fares do not allow refunds. Once canceled, the ticket value is not returned unless specified under fare rules.

Refundable Tickets

Premium fare bundles allow changes and cancellations with applicable fees. Refunds are processed based on the selected fare conditions.

How to Cancel

Passengers may cancel or modify bookings for flights departing from Kansai International Airport through Thai AirAsia X’s website, mobile application, or customer support using the booking number.
