Thai AirAsia X provides online and mobile check-in for flights departing from Kansai International Airport starting 14 days before departure and closing 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time. Passengers can confirm booking details, select seats, and download boarding passes before arriving at the airport.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks at Kansai International Airport may be available for Thai AirAsia X passengers to print boarding passes. Passengers with checked baggage must proceed to designated counters for baggage drop after kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Thai AirAsia X check-in counters at Kansai International Airport open approximately 3 hours before departure. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the airline’s cutoff time. Valid travel documents must be presented.

Special Assistance
