If you have misplaced an item during your Thai Airways journey or within the airport, assistance is available to help locate it. The Lost and Found service allows passengers to report missing belongings and arrange for their recovery.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left onboard Thai Airways flights arriving at Kansai International Airport are collected after landing by cabin crew and transferred to ground handling staff for documentation and storage.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals, including check-in areas, security checkpoints, and boarding gates, are handled by the airport’s lost and found office.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers arriving at Kansai International Airport must report delayed or missing baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracking and follow-up.

Reporting a Lost Item
