KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / APP Check-in

Thai Lion Air provides online check-in for flights departing from Kansai International Airport starting 24 hours before departure and closing 4 hours prior to scheduled flight time. Passengers can review booking details, select seats, and obtain boarding passes before arriving at the airport.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are not available for Thai Lion Air passengers at Kansai International Airport. All passengers must proceed to airline counters for check-in and document verification.

Airport Counter Check-in

Thai Lion Air check-in counters at Kansai International Airport open approximately 3 hours before departure. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the airline’s cutoff time. Valid passports and travel documents must be presented.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring assistance at Kansai International Airport, including wheelchair services or medical support, must check in at staffed counters. Advance notice is required. Ground staff coordinate assistance throughout the departure process.
