Cancellation Policy

Passengers may cancel a ticket within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the departure is at least seven days away. No cancellation fee applies during this period.

After 24 Hours

Once the risk-free window has passed, cancellation rules depend on the fare type:

Refundable Tickets:

These can be canceled before departure with the balance refunded after any applicable service fees.

Non-Refundable or Promotional Fares:

Heavily discounted tickets may not be refundable. In such cases, only government taxes may be returned.

Domestic Turkish Fares:

Some domestic fares may not be eligible for refund once the departure time is less than 12 hours away.

No-Show Passengers:
