Passengers flying with Turkish Airlines may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Turkish Airlines offers online check-in through its website and mobile app.

• Online check-in generally opens 24 hours before departure.

• Passengers can select seats and download or print their boarding passes.

• Checked baggage can be dropped at the airport at designated counters.
 

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Self check-in kiosks are available in International Departure Hall, Terminal 1, Kansai Airport (KIX).

These allow Turkish Airlines passengers to check in quickly, print boarding passes, and proceed to baggage drop.

Kiosks may not be available for passengers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or passengers with complex bookings such as extra seats.
 

Airport Counter Check-in

Turkish Airlines operates check-in counters in International Departure Hall, Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport.

The Turkish Airlines airport check-in counters open around 3 hours before departure. Check-in counters close 60 minutes before the scheduled flight time.

Passengers are advised to arrive early, especially during peak hours, to complete baggage and security procedures without rush.

Boarding gates usually close around 20 - 30 minutes before departure. Passengers are encouraged to proceed to the gate immediately after clearing security and immigration to avoid delays.
