Tickets booked through T’way Air for flights departing from Kansai International Airport may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if eligibility conditions are met.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Promotional fares do not permit refunds. Once canceled, the ticket value is not returned unless specified under fare conditions.

Refundable Tickets

Flexible fare types allow cancellations with refunds issued to the original form of payment, subject to applicable fees and fare rules.
