If you've lost an item during your T'way Air flight or at the airport, T'way Air is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left onboard T’way Air flights arriving at Kansai International Airport are collected by cabin crew and ground personnel after arrival. These items are recorded and transferred to the airline’s handling team.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals, including check-in areas, security screening zones, and boarding gates, are handled by the airport’s lost and found office.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers arriving at Kansai International Airport must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A report is issued for tracking and follow-up.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description of the missing item when reporting at Kansai International Airport. Reports may also be submitted through T’way Air customer service channels.
