Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Bookings made through official VietJet Air channels may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the departure date meets eligibility conditions.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Eco fares and promotional tickets do not allow refunds. When canceled, the ticket value is not returned and may not be reused unless permitted by fare conditions.

Refundable Tickets

Deluxe and SkyBoss fares allow changes and cancellations with applicable fees. Refunds are issued in the form specified by the fare conditions, including travel credit or original payment method where permitted.

Passengers may cancel or modify bookings through the airline’s website, mobile application, or customer service using the booking reference.
