VietJet Air provides online and mobile check-in for flights departing from Kansai International Airport (KIX), available from 24 hours before departure and closing 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time. Passengers departing from KIX can confirm booking details, select seats, and download or print boarding passes before arriving at the airport.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks at Kansai International Airport are limited for VietJet Air operations. Passengers departing from KIX are required to proceed to airline check-in counters or designated facilities to obtain boarding passes and complete baggage processing.

Airport Counter Check-in

VietJet Air check-in counters at Kansai International Airport open 3 hours before departure. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the airline’s cutoff time, which is strictly enforced. Valid passports, visas, and travel documents must be presented at the counter.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance at Kansai International Airport, including wheelchair support, medical clearance, or assistance for unaccompanied minors, must check in at staffed counters.
