KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online / Mobile Check-in

Vietnam Airlines offers online and mobile check-in for flights departing from Kansai International Airport starting 24 hours before departure and closing 60 minutes prior to scheduled flight time. Passengers can confirm travel details, select seats, and obtain digital boarding passes before arriving at the airport.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are available at Kansai International Airport for Vietnam Airlines passengers to print boarding passes and baggage tags. After completing kiosk check-in, passengers must proceed to baggage drop counters if required.

Airport Counter Check-in

Vietnam Airlines check-in counters at Kansai International Airport open approximately 3 hours before departure. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the airline’s cutoff time. Valid passports, visas, and travel documents must be presented.

Special Assistance
