Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard Vietnam Airlines flights arriving at Kansai International
Airport are collected by cabin crew and ground personnel after disembarkation.
These items are recorded and transferred to the airline’s handling team.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals, including
check-in areas, security checkpoints, and boarding gates, are handled by the
airport’s lost and found office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers arriving at Kansai International Airport must report delayed or
missing baggage immediately at the baggage service counter. A Property
Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracking and follow-up.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description
of the lost item when reporting at
Kansai International Airport. Reports may also be submitted through Vietnam
Airlines customer service channels.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period at Kansai International Airport.
Passengers must present valid identification and proof of ownership to collect
their belongings. Delivery arrangements may be available.

items in cabin baggage at all times. The airline does not accept responsibility
for unsecured belongings left onboard or within airport premises.
