The Tenshukaku in the center of Osaka Castle is the core building of Osaka Castle. It was built in 1583, so it is also called "the castle of Toyotomi Hideyoshi". Today's castle tower is a concrete building built in 1931. The interior has been transformed into a museum about Toyotomi Hideyoshi and the history of Osaka Castle. On the top floor, you can also overlook the city of Osaka.

The castle tower is built on a high platform. The white walls are matched with green roof tiles. The end of each flying eaves is decorated with gold leaf-shaped tigers and dragon head fish. It is magnificent. In spring and autumn, cherry blossoms or maple leaves are dyed red, which is the time when it is beautiful.

The floor guide enters the castle tower. There is a small theater on the first floor, which shows 5 programs about Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Osaka Castle in turn, with Chinese subtitles. You might as well sit down and watch it. The second floor is mainly to introduce the basic knowledge of Osaka Castle and Japanese castle. There are also experience activities to try on helmets, Jin Haori and kimonos. You can dress up as a warrior hero to take pictures, and the charge is 300 yen per time.

In addition, the toilet in the castle tower is also located on the second floor. The 3rd and 4th floors mainly display important historical materials of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and the Sengoku period. The collection will be changed every two months; you will also see restoration models of Osaka Castle in different periods, and you can intuitively understand its layout structure and evolution. Note that it is forbidden to take pictures on these two floors.

On the 5th floor, there are screen pictures and miniature models that tell the story of "Osaka Summer Battle", vivid character formations show scenes during the fierce battle; there is also a film and television widescreen that illustrates the storyline of each scene depicted on the screen picture . The sixth floor is the corridor, visitors cannot enter. On the 7th floor, there are 19 scenes of perspective paintings that introduce Toyotomi Hideyoshi's life, "Taikoki". The high-tech video brings the image of Toyotomi Hideyoshi to life. From a height of 50 meters above the ground, you can overlooked the majestic and beautiful Osaka Castle, as well as the streets of downtown Osaka, modern high-rise buildings, the Osaka Plain, and the mountains that rise in the distance. The scenery is panoramic.
