Tsutenkaku is located in the north of Shinsekai, Osaka, with a total height of 103 meters. Although it is not as charming and dreamy as Tokyo Tower, it was designed by architect Naito Tatsunaka. In Conan's theater version of "The Magician at the End of the Century", the "sky pavilion" referred to by the Phantom Thief Kid in the code is Tsutenkaku.

Standing under the Tsutenkaku and looking up, you will notice that there is an 8-sided weather forecast light on the top of the tower. Although it is not very eye-catching during the day, it will turn into wonderful colors at night, which indicates the weather conditions tomorrow. White means sunny days, orange means cloudy days, blue means rainy days, and pink means snow, which is interesting. If you see half white and half orange, it will be sunny to cloudy.

Tsutenkaku has 5 floors, and the large observatory at the top offers a beautiful scenery of Osaka. There are 2 entrances beside the bottom of the tower, one is the entrance to the observation deck and the other is the entrance to the underground street. The ticket office of Tsutenkaku is located underground, so you need to go to the B1 floor to buy tickets. Also, there are many local specialty shops.

Muscle Man Museum on the second floor

After purchasing the ticket, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and go through a passage to the exhibition floor of Tsutenkaku. There is a Muscle Man Museum (キン肉マンミュージアム) on the 2nd floor, where you can see various interesting exhibits related to Muscle Man, and there is no need to purchase a ticket. On the second floor, you can also see a model of the retro Hankai Tram.

Observation deck on the fifth floor (the highest floor)

On the 2nd floor, you need to transfer to the elevator that goes directly to the observation deck on the 5th floor (the highest floor). When you come to the observation deck on the 5th floor, you can overlook the entire Osaka city, such as the Osaka Castle in the distance and the zoo nearby. In addition, there are 8 lovely statues of the God of Fortune, among which the more popular one is Billiken with a pointed head. It is said that touching the soles of Billiken's feet will bring good luck, especially for schoolwork and love, so one foot has been touched brightly. You can buy a copy of the Eight Deities of Good Fortune Oshu Seal Book for 300 yen, and then print the commemorative badges representing each deity on the notebook.

Observation deck on the fourth floor

Down to the 4th floor, there is also an observatory, where there is a golden idol that is said to be able to realize your dreams. At night, the space on this level will present a cosmic dreamlike pattern.

Archives on the third floor

There is an archive on the 3rd floor, where many miniature models and videos can be seen, showing the appearance of the Shinsekai 100 years ago. There are also two Glico models on this floor. It is a great pleasure to take a group photo in a box.
