KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online check-in is available for Air New Zealand flights. Opens 24 hours before departure via website or mobile app.

It is as simple as enter the booking reference and passport details to check in.

Closes 2 hours before departure for international flights.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a faster and smoother boarding experience, check in for your flight at a self-service kiosk to avoid queues. The self check-in kiosks are available in Terminal 1 at Kansai Airport (KIX).

It is operates 3 hours to 1 hour before departure.

Not available for passengers requiring assistance, unaccompanied minors, or complex itineraries.

Airport Counter Check-in

Air New Zealand Kansai Airport (KIX) check-in counters in Terminal 1 open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure, and boarding gates close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time.

Recommended arrival at the airport 2.5 to 3 hours prior for international flights.
