If you've lost an item during your Air New Zealand flight or at the airport, Air New Zealand is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.
Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
Lost items in check-in, security, lounges, shops, or restaurants should be
reported to KIX Lost & Found / Information Desk. Items are generally retained
for up to 3 months.
Visit the Information
Counters in Terminal 1 for assistance.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
Report directly to Air New Zealand ground staff at KIX. Provide flight number,
date, seat number, and item description.
Collection
Items can be collected in person or authorized for pickup. The airport does not
ship items outside Japan.
