If you've lost an item during your Amakusa Airlines flight or at the airport, Amakusa Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
If you lost an item anywhere inside Itami Airport (ITM), including check-in
areas, security checkpoints, shops, restrooms, departure gates, or baggage
claim, the case is handled by ITM Airport Lost & Found, not Amakusa Airlines.
What to Do
• Contact Itami Airport’s Lost & Found service.
• Provide details such as the date and time, terminal and location where the
item may have been lost, item description, and your contact information.
• If your item is located, the airport will advise how and where to collect it.
Pickup must be done in person or by someone authorised by you.
• Certain items such as passports, ID cards, or valuables may be held by airport
security or airport police. Identification is required for collection.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If you lost an item inside the aircraft, near your seat, in the overhead bin, or
at the Amakusa Airlines boarding gate:
What to Do
• Contact Amakusa Airlines staff or its ground-handling agent at ITM as soon as
possible.
• Provide your flight number, travel date, seat number, and a detailed
description of the item.
• Staff will check the aircraft cabin, seat pockets, overhead compartments, and
cleaning crew reports.
• If the item is not with the airline, you may be advised to also file a report
with ITM Airport Lost & Found, as items may have been turned in to the airport.
If your item is found, collection will be arranged at the designated counter
inside Itami Airport, or can be picked up by an authorised person with written
permission.
