Batik Air Malaysia Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Passengers flying with Batik Air Malaysia may complete their check-in easily at Kansai International Airport (KIX) through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile App Check-in

Online check-in for flights departing Kansai International Airport opens 48 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes prior. Boarding passes can be downloaded after check-in.

Self-Service Kiosks

Passengers may use airport kiosks to print boarding passes and baggage tags. Checked baggage must be dropped at designated counters afterward.

Airport Counter Check-in

Check-in counters open approximately 3 hours before departure. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the cutoff time and present valid travel documents.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring mobility or medical support must check in at staffed counters. Advance notice is required.

Passengers who do not complete check-in before the deadline are not accepted for boarding.
